Midterms One Month Out
The United States midterm elections are about a month away. This election will decide who controls the chambers of Congress, which are the Senate and House of Representatives. This is in addition to other elections taking place such as local elections and gubernatorial elections across the country. However, the elections regarding Congress are the most important.
Most polls have the Democratic Party winning a near certain victory for control of the House. The Senate is less certain but the current trend favors Democrats the more time goes by. However, polling shows that if the Democrats win the Senate, it won’t be by nearly as much as they will win the House.
